AoC and the Presidential Debates DateTime:7/21/2009 11:56:42 AM
This is less of a typical Friday post from me, and more of an open question to the community. Tonight, literally as I post this, Senators Obama and McCain are speaking in the Presidential Debates at Ole' Miss. My open question to the community is, how many of you in the US are playing Age of Conan right now, and not watching the debates? The Age of Conan US servers ought to be dead empty right now, but I'm still seeing plenty of traffic going on there. So what does that mean? Does it mean that gamers just don't care about the election?Does it mean that there are fewer US players playing on the US servers?
Lets assume a few things, arguendo. Lets assume that the average Age of Conan player is over 18 years old (we all know there are some vocal players that are not), since the intended audience for the game are "mature" players over 18. That means that the majority of the american population playing this game is able to vote in the 2008 U.S. Presidential Election. |
